Champers

I've been lucky enough to manage to quaff quite a few exy champers over the couple of months...and not always at my total expense, which is always bonus.

Of course, the gals and I managed to score a bottle of Moet at the Races in November...

We had work practice group drinks at Hemmesphere and I got through a couple of glasses of what has to be the most amazing champers I have ever tasted: Billecart - Salmon Rose Champagne NV. At $163 a bottle I'm not surpised it tasted that great. It made the Bollinger taste pretty ordinary : P

Like one of our clerks said, maybe one day I'll be a partner - and when I do, Billecart will be end up a standard drink : P
